Grief is not restricted to death, but can be due to a wide variety of causes including divorce, losing a job, dissolution of a friendship, moving house, loving someone or being someone who is 2SLBGTQIA+, abuse, health issues and any number of other types of emotional hurt.
The Grief Recovery Method® helps people move beyond their loss to live wholeheartedly once again. Traditional support groups often simply support people in feeling their emotional pain. The Grief Recovery Method® is the world’s only evidence based grief support program which teaches actionable steps you can take to eliminate the pain, heal your relationships and move beyond the trauma you’ve experienced in your life.

Traditional support groups tend to focus on attendees sharing their stories and their pain. The pain continues, though it may be lessened by the sharing, but it isn’t truly healed, our hearts are still broken, and the pain creeps into our daily lives. The Grief Recovery Method® creates deep connections with our fellow grievers, and provides us with tools we can use in our lives to eliminate the emotional pain for good.
The Grief recovery Method® can assist those with a terminal diagnosis resolve regrets, unmet goals and achieve peace through emotional completion.

7 Session 1-1 Grief Recovery Workshop

Every human on Earth has experienced grief at some point; it can be a death, trauma, divorce, adoption, pregnancy loss, surgery, loss of a job, moving house, or any one of the more that 40 types of loss we can experience in our lifetime. Grief can create some alarming physical symptoms, and dangerous behaviours. It can change our lives and our relationships. The Grief Recovery Method provides a safe environment where you will be given specific tools to help you recover from loss and find joy again. Once you have completed the workshop, you will have the tools you need to repeat the steps to recovery with other losses as needed. This workshop will be beneficial to any kind of grief and loss you are experiencing.
4 Session 1:1 Helping Children with Loss Workshop

This workshop is for people who are supporting young grievers, perfect for parents, guardians, caregivers, social workers, teachers. This workshop is not for children, but will provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to lead your young griever back to joy.
6 Session 1:1 Pet Loss Workshop
$299
We share a deep connection with our animal companions, they depend on us, their unconditional love is unmatched. Losing them is painful. Society does not recognize the depth of this loss, and there is very little in the way of support available to us when we experience this specific type of loss. This workshop will help you resolve the complex feelings involved in the loss of a pet, so that you can feel the love and the happy memories, without the pain.
